Land and Heritage are involved in landscape design and tree surveys for Leeds Castle, Kent

Our team have worked for a range of landowners where public access is both allowed and an integral part of the commercial offering. Our experience of working within the National Trust and the Forestry Commission’s public estate gives us an underpinning knowledge that can be used for your benefit. Advice can be based around informal access, or more commercial ventures including sites with admission, car parking charging and potential incomes from shops and plant sales.

Examples of work have included:

  • Reviewing access and interpretation around the Dartmoor village of Postbridge, in support of a successful Heritage Lottery Fund application
  • A range of contracts to improve the gardens of Leeds Castle, Kent
  • Guiding the development of The Garden House, Devon
  • We also work with Resources for Change, a company which specialises in community engagement, audience development work and project evaluation
